Zeton Office, Shop & Manufacturing Facility – Oakville

Maple Reinders’ Design-Build solution for Zeton met the rigorous requirements for the world-renowned developer of innovative lab scale systems, pilot plants, demonstration plants and small modular commercial plants. The new build is approximately 40,200 SF and comprises 29,000 SF of manufacturing/shop space and 11,200 SF of office space on a 14.1-acre site. The project features three basic elements in one building: office space, low bay shop space, and high bay manufacturing space.

Maple Reinders’ design also includes a 16,000 SF low bay shop space with two cranes. The low bay shop is support space for the construction of the manufactured structures in the high bays. This space houses prefabricated large structures that Zeton manufactures for their clients.

The building has numerous energy efficiency improvements such as LED lighting, hydronic heating and a modified HVAC system to deliver energy efficiency benefits to the Client.
