NTN Bearing manufactures and distributes a wide range of ball and roller bearings, serving the automotive, industrial and recreational markets. Founded in Japan in 1918, NTN has production facilities throughout the world including Germany, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, and the United States.
NTN Bearing engaged Maple Reinders to provide build-to-suit services for a new head office and distribution building constructed on 3.75 acres at the Mississauga Gateway Centre business park.
The facility serves as NTN’s Canadian Head Office and central distribution centre. The new building is a total of 70,000 SF and is comprised of a 52,000 SF warehouse and an 18,000 SF office over two floors.

Kubota contracted with Maple Reinders to design and build their new Canadian head office facility.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to demolish existing concrete foundations on site, and to subsequently design and build a new terminal that is approximately 170,000 SF on a 16-acre site and incorporates a distribution warehouse with an adjoining office.

For Ceva Animal Health to meet the demands of a rapidly growing global market, they required a new facility which can produce in compliance with various international regulations for their existing and future clients.
The 170,000 sf wood framed Dairy Research Centre, which is a joint venture between the Agricultural Research Institute of Ontario (ARIO), the University of Guelph, and the Ontario dairy industry is located just south of Elora, in Ponsonby, Ontario.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
