Making Waves Swim School

Maple Reinders has completed three projects for Making Waves Swim School. The first one was a renovation to their facility in Milton, ON, which consisted of the complete demolition and refurbishing of the existing change rooms, parent viewing area, and the removal and replacement of the pool deck complete with water filtration/circulation system. A smaller 500 SF addition was also included to house the new pool equipment and mechanical systems.

Maple Reinders was given nine weeks to complete the majority of the project scope, and pool facilities remained operational during construction. The project was completed ahead of schedule and classes resumed earlier than planned.

Maple Reinders has since completed two additional projects for Making Waves Swim School, including an interior fit-up for new commercial office space in 2017; and redevelopment of existing commercial space for the school’s new 7,850 SF facility in Mississauga, ON in 2018 (pictures on this page are from this latest project).
