Maple Reinders performed a complete program of work at the First Lutheran Church of Kelowna, a new 49,500 SF church and school facility on Lakeshore Road in Kelowna, BC.
The facility is built on a former golf course, adjacent to a protected wetlands and bird sanctuary. The church sanctuary seats 650 people and features state-of-the-art audio and video systems. The sanctuary also features a “water wall” beside the baptismal font and etched glassworks.
Congregation members can enjoy a roof-top garden and patio with views of Lake Okanagan and the wetlands. The school accommodates children from Kindergarten through Grade 6; boasting a large gymnasium, spacious classrooms, library and drama facilities.

Maple Reinders completed a Design-Build contract for the construction of a new 144,000 SF, three-storey ultra-modern self-storage facility for Public Storage in Vaughan, Ontario.
Maple Reinders provided Construction Management services for a three phrase project - two phases of renovations, and one phase of an addition - for the Christ Church in Calgary, a thriving community of Anglican Christians.

Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing
Legacy Business Centre houses 193,910 sf industrial condos over two buildings. Built by Maple Reinders for Beedie Construction, the individual condos range from 11,000 sf to 17,000 sf.
Institutional
The construction of the school took place while the existing Westbrook School (built in 1953) was in use for an entire school year. The contract included abatement and demolition of the existing school which was undertaken during the summer break.
