Cummins Headquarters & Parts Distribution Centre – Mississauga

Cummins Inc. is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute, and service electric power generation systems, engines, and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, and emissions solutions. A decision was made to amalgamate the functions of several Ontario locations to one central complex.

Maple Reinders constructed the new Canadian headquarters and parts distribution centre, located in Mississauga, Ontario. The building, designed to accommodate 75 employees, includes 20,000 SF of office space over two floors, featuring a two-storey atrium and skylights. The parts distribution and assembly space accounts for 40,000 SF of the building. Cummins’ facilities also include an engine test room.
