ClubLink is Canada’s largest owner, operator and developer of high-quality golf courses. ClubLink contracted with Maple Reinders to construct a new 24,000 SF premium clubhouse at the Grandview Golf Course in Huntsville, Ontario.
The clubhouse includes a pro shop, kitchen, bar, bistro, dining area, banquet facilities, mens’ and ladies’ locker rooms, and screened patio area.
The facility features a spectacular view overlooking the first fairway, a centre hall consisting of exposed heavy timber trusses, stone piers and flooring, and a gas fireplace. The exterior facade consists of stone and wood siding walls, stone piers, exposed heavy timber trusses, beams and rafters, and a cedar shake roof. Maple Reinders provided workable solutions to preserve as much of the natural bedrock on the site, including a massive outcropping into the basement.
The clubhouse was completed within a tight schedule and was operational just in time for the summer’s Canadian Skins Tournament.

Maple Reinders was contracted to design and build the major additions to the Sandy Beach Motel. The new development’s southwestern design complements the original structures, known for their arches, roses, cactus garden, and quaint beauty.
ClubLink retained Maple Reinders to undertake the construction management of a new clubhouse. The new clubhouse is a one-storey building with an extended deck on the west side. The total gross floor area is approximately 12,300 SF plus an exterior deck and patio area.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Multi-Residential
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to provide construction services for two separate additions to the home, as well as interior alterations.
Transportation
Maple Reinders undertook the construction of a distribution centre for UPS Canada at the Calgary International Airport.
