Business Development

Do you believe that all our employees play a role in business development? Good business development depends on the right attitude of service to others. It starts by making contact with clients, usually in a face to face meeting. Our team has made contact or some clients invite us to talk to them. Why do they contact us? Our name is well known in the industry and has a background of rising to our destiny with our style, know-how, and genuine service. Yes, because “Character is Destiny”.
I have a book with this title describing inspiring stories of some 30 prominent persons in world history. It states: “Stories every young person should know and every adult should remember.” It mentions among these influential persons: Nelson Mandela, Romeo Dallaire, Dwight Eisenhower, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Winston Churchill, Viktor Frankl, Leonardo da Vinci, John Winthrop and on and on goes the list… they served with courage, strength, purpose, understanding, judgment, creativity, humility, industry, resilience, gratitude, and love.
“Sales staff, executives, estimators, project managers, administrative personnel, accountants, field staff, HR and IT teams – everyone has an impact on business development.”
You may say, I am not in that category of people! But you are! — Because you are a worthy person with a destiny to serve and make a difference in business, in your family and in your work community. Sales staff, executives, estimators, project managers, administrative personnel, accountants, field staff, HR and IT teams – everyone has an impact on business development. Food for thought, because it is all about what you are meant to be!
In addition, our reputation speaks for itself. Quality work, competitive price, delivery on time, progressive project solutions, right capabilities and experience and most of all a direct style of clarity in doing business. Do we do what we say and live up to our word? Do we resolve conflicts fairly? Did we provide and make sure that the client and fellow workers received clear communications? All rooted in giving of ourselves!
It is amazing how different each person is and how unique. Each company has its own uniqueness. Let’s be unique in Business Development & Service and be the best.
