    John Zwaagstra has 31 years’ experience in ICI and engineering construction which contributes to the phenomenal growth of Maple Reinders’ western division. He has extensive knowledge in designbuild, construction management and plan/spec project deliveries. As part of a continuing corporate strategy in Water and Wastewater he leads his team in the pursuit and execution of construction opportunities in Western Canada.

    Division Manager, Kelowna

    Bodo Papke is Division Manager in Kelowna, British Columbia, and has been involved in a variety of assignments throughout the Western Provinces. His extensive project experience has well prepared him for the many facets of the construction industry; including tendering, administration, contracts, labour relations and cost reviews. Bodo has a keen sense in determining the next significant opportunity for Maple and is first-class in building and maintaining exceptional client relationships. He leads by example and engages his team in doing what’s right from start to finish for every construction project.

    Division Manager, Alberta

    Jeremy Olthuis has a keen understanding of the treatment process in water and wastewater facilities, which makes him a valuable member in our Heavy Civil design-build group. His fine leadership skills, together with his aptitude for project administration and estimating is evident in all of his assignments, particularly in P3 and design-build, having contributed to the tremendous success of several construction projects.

    Paul Kundrat is a results-driven, hands-on, construction professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in the water/sewage treatment and transmission fields. He oversees numerous multi-million dollar construction ventures including municipal projects, industrial wastewater and composting Design/Build projects. Paul is well-versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, “constructability” matters, document preparation, building codes and regulations, material purchasing, site management and facility commissioning.

    Division Manager, Cambridge

    Keith Zorn has extensive experience in industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects throughout Ontario in a design/build and construction management capacity. Keith currently manages the Cambridge Branch Office, leading his team in the tendering, construction and administration of a variety of projects in the fields of industrial, commercial and institutional construction. Keith provides management oversight of the operations team, ensuring that it is an effective unit which achieves all project objectives.

    Robert Zen is responsible for the daily operations of Maple Reinders’ Buildings Division. He manages and coordinates the daily scheduling of site staff, project managers and estimators. He has an excellent track record with owners showcasing his skill in managing the complexities of scheduling, labour resources, technical challenges and quality. With more than 25 years experience, Robert has been instrumental in the successful outcome of numerous industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects throughout Ontario.
